Introduced by Reesor. Destroyed vegetation as well as competed for food, space and spawning grounds (Ref. 1995). Established in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia. A popular fish sold in live fish markets. Found in 2 out of 6 live fish markets near the Lakes Erie and Ontario (Ref. 53249). Also Ref. 6399.
